杨木活性染料染色性能及机理研究

摘    要:用直接、酸性和活性染料对杨木单板染色,并且将分离提纯的杨木纤维素、半纤维素和木质素采用活性艳蓝KN-R染色,采用红外光谱和热重分析其染色前后的变化。结果表明:活性染料染色单板皂洗牢度较高,活性艳蓝KN-R对纤维素、半纤维素和木质素都能很好的上染;红外光谱和热重分析表明,三者都能与活性染料反应以共价键结合。

Abstract:Poplar dyeing with Reactive dyes is compared with Direct dyes and Acid dyes.The Poplar cellulose,hemi-cellulose and lignin is dyed by Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R,and their changes before and after dyeing are analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and TG.The results show that washing fastness of Reactive dyes is higher than other dyes.The Poplar cellulose,hemi-cellulose and lignin all have good dyeing performance.Infrared spectroscopy and TG analysis show that chemical reaction happens between reactive dye and c...
