| Abstract: | Combined with working experiences the question that how to make success in bidinvitations and submission work of curtain wall engineering is discussed.From data collection,market survey,analysis of competitors,internal resources of company and other aspects preparation work before bid invitation is introduced.Process control is elaborated in detail in order to increase the rates to win the bid. |
