MATLAB在机械可靠性优化设计中的应用

摘    要:介绍了MATLAB优化工具箱及其算法的原理和过程,并将其应用于求解一种机械典型产品-齿轮减速器的可靠性优化设计问题。优化设计结果表明MATLAB优化工具箱应用于求解优化问题,不仅算法可靠,而且所编写程序简单,设计效率能够得到提高。该研究方法对解决其他机械优化设计问题同样具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Optimization toolbox of MATLAB and theory and implementation of its arithmetic is introduced. It is used to solve the reliability optimal design issue of cylindrical gearbox, which is a kind of typical mechanical product. The optimal results show that by using the MATLAB arithmetic, the mechanical design efficiency can be improved because not only the arithmetic is reliable and effective, but also the program designed is simple. The study can be of important reference value to solve optimal design issue of the other mechanism.
