摘    要:勾兑新型白酒,经历了四十多年的发展、总结和推广,也经历了多次变革,已经被我国各大名优名酒厂普遍采用。对勾兑白酒中存在的问题进行了总结,也对今后外国名酒进入我国市场,我们应当如何应对和学习国外名酒的可取之处,作了深刻的探究。

Abstract:Blending new types Chinese spirits,has been mostly accepted by the famous factory of our country which has been developed,summarized,and extended for more than 40 years.And it also experienced lots of reforms.This paper sums up some problems about blending Chinese spirit.More over,we make a further study on howto cope with and learn the good points of famous liquor in the abroad as they march into our market.
