| 摘 要： | 针对我国大学科技园因类型、形态各异造成研究难以深入、设计人员无所适从的状态，对国家大学科技园的区位进行了全面的分类统计研究，指出选址于高新区的独立型低密度园区是新建大学科技园的主导类型。

| Abstract: | Due to the confusing variety of definitions and types of the National Science Park of University (NUSP),the construction of it is lack of guidance and tends to be out of order. Based on wide investigation, this dissertation researches into the present status and site selection of the NUSP, and tries to point out that the NUSP situated in the new-and-high tech-industrial development zone is the main type. |
