功能孔梯度陶瓷材料的制备及其特性

摘    要:制备了表面镀有光催化剂薄膜的孔梯度陶瓷材料,从理论上分析了两种不同孔结构的材料复合及其厚度对渗透率的影响,并借助性能测试及OM显微结构测试,分析了微孔陶瓷及泡沫陶瓷的孔结构,考察了各种孔梯度材料的光催化效果。研究结果表明:孔梯度材料的性能除与各层材料的性能有关外,还与它们的厚度比有关;对油酸的降解量取决于材料中发泡荆碳粒的粒径。

Abstract:Function pore gradient ceramic was prepared by coating photocatalytic membrane on matrix. The effect of thickness on infiltration were analysis from theory, pore structure and photocatalytic behavior of these material was studied by measuring of properties and using OM. The results indicate that property of material were corresponding of their thickness rate, and the photodegradation of oleic acid are determined by carbon size.
