摘    要:根据圆锥螺旋面形成理论,推导出了构成API圆套管螺纹四段圆锥螺旋面的方程,建立了套管螺纹全参数化的几何模型,以此模型研制了接箍和套管内外螺纹旋合过程的计算机仿真系统,可用于研究套管螺纹设计参数的变化对接箍和套管内外螺纹旋合几何接触性能的影响。

Abstract:On the basis of forming theory of conical spiral surface,this paper derived the equation which constitutes four sections of conical spiral surfaces of API circular pipe sleeve screw thread,and established its full parametric geometrical model.By the use of this model the computer simulation system of screwing process for the internal and external screw thread of joint hoop and pipe sleeve has been developed.This model can be used in the study of the influence on geometric contacting functions for the screwing of internal and external screw thread of joint hoop and pipe sleeve affected by the variation of designing parameters of pipe sleeve screw thread.
