| 摘 要： | 通过对国内某知名衬衫生产企业男衬衫的生产设备、工艺流程、生产工序、质量管理控制以及生产线人员管理状况的分析,并以生产设备和生产线人员管理为重点,找出了其中的不合理、不科学部分,提出了节约能源、提高劳动力的工作效率、降低浮余率、合理利用现有资源、提高产品质量的解决方案.

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the equipment,the technical process,the production working procedure,the quality control and the worker management status of a well-known domestic shirt manufacturer,focus on the working procedure and worker management,the unreasonable and the unscientific parts are found out,and the resolvents that save the energy,improve labor efficiency,use existing resources reasonable,improve the product quality are pointed out. |
