| Abstract: | In this paper, the application of DL/T719-2000 < Companion standard for the transmission of integrated totals in electric power systems > in NEPDCC's TMR(Tele Meter Reading System) is introduced, the applicability of the IEC102 transmission protocol and the improve on the DL/T719-2000 transmission protocol are discussed. At the end, some advices for DL/T719 application are given. |
