真空精馏提纯顺酐的研究

摘    要:采用高效θ环填料塔,考察了真空精馏过程中操作压力、精馏温度和回流比等因素对顺酐精馏纯度、收率等因素的影响。精馏后顺酐纯度可达99.3%以上,收率大于90%;采用变参数间歇蒸馏操作有利于提高产物收率,适宜的操作条件为:操作压强11-14 kPa,回流比3-12。

Abstract:Maleic anhydride was rectified under vacuum with high efficient packed tower filled withθrings. Effects of operation pressure, rectifing temperature, refluxing rate on the purity and the yield of the product were studied. The product purity was between 99. 3% and 99. 99% , and the yield was over 60%. Through the study of multivariable batch distillation process,the optimized operation parameters were obtained as follows: the pressure 11-14 kPa and the flux ratio 3 - 12. The result indicated that multivariable batch distillation technique could improve the yield.
