摘    要:位于LG地区的X井,以145 d钻完6 530 m井深的深度在国内钻井界引起了强烈反响,两个储层的试油也仅耗时23 d,创造了超深井钻井试油速度的最新纪录。为此 ,介绍了以气体钻井、氮气加压射孔-酸化-测试联作试油等为代表的在该井钻井、试油中发挥了重要作用的新工艺新技术,并针对应用中存在的空气锤缩径、珍珠冲组地层坍塌和以OMNI阀代替LPR N阀进行测试作业等问题以及需要进一步探索的技术提出了近期的研究目。

Abstract:The well LG1 in the LG area was drilled to the MD of 6530 m after 145 days, which provoked a strong response within the drilling industry in China. The production testing conducted at two pay zones only took 23 days, which set up a new record of well testing rate for ultra-deep wells. Therefore, we introduce new important technologies adopted in this well, including gas drilling, nitrogen pressurized perforation-acidizing-testing, etc., which have contributed to the successful drilling and well testing at the well LG1. And the problems existed during drilling and testing are also listed herein, such as the undergauging due to air hammer used, formation sloughing occurred at the Zhenzhuchong formation, and some other problems occurred when testing with the OMNI valves instead of the LPR-N valves, and so on. The objectives for further research on new technologies are finally put forward.
