煤在焦炭气化反应过程中的作用机理研究

摘    要:利用煤、焦及其混合物在固定床气化炉中与二氧化碳进行气化反应,并探讨无烟煤在焦炭气化反应过程中的作用机理。结果表明,加入无烟煤可以提高焦炭与二氧化碳气化反应的起始反应温度和剧烈反应温度,使焦炭的气化反应延后;无烟煤加入量超过15%时,使床层的通透性变差。

Abstract:Base on the gasification reaction of coal, coke and mixtures in the fixed bed gasifier with CO (2), the paper discussed the action mechanism of anthracite coal in coke gasification reaction processing. The results showed that the anthracite coal added could increase the initial reaction temperature and violent reaction temperature of the coke and CO (2) gasification reaction and could delay the gasification reaction of coke. When anthracite coal added over 15% of the total, the ventilation and penetration of the bed layer should turn to be poor.
