苦丁茶中熊果酸的提取及含量测定研究

摘    要:对苦丁茶的提取方法进行考查,并对各种苦丁茶中的熊果酸进行定性鉴别和含量测定。方法考查结果表明:以乙醚为溶剂,索氏提取3.5h为宜,此法重现性和回收率良好。定性鉴别和含量测定结果表明:冬青科苦丁茶熊果酸含量较高,而木樨科苦丁茶不含熊果酸,且熊果酸的含量随贮存时间的延长而降低。

Abstract:The method of distillation was examined, and the content of ursolic acid in each Kudingcha were determined. The rerults indicate: aether is the best solvent , 3.5 hours is the best time ;The linearity and the recurrence of this method is well with the reclamation of the added sample 102.86; The content of ursolic acid in Aquitoilaceae Kudingcha is high with no ursolic acid in Olcaceac Kudingcha ; The content of ursolic acid in Kudingcha reduces with the time prolongation.
