摘    要:为解决异丙醇铝生产及应用过程中存在的问题,引入了TRIZ理论的自服务、多维化、惰性介质等若干发明原理。TRIZ理论分离原理的应用有效解决了有机铝聚合物制备过程中的物理矛盾,提高了聚合反应稳定性;根据物-场分析法,利用乙醇消除丙酮对异丙醇铝合成反应的有害效应,提高了合成反应速度。这些结果体现了TRIZ理论应用于异丙醇铝工艺改进的可行性和高效性,为创新化工工艺改进设计提供了新的工具。

Abstract:To solve the problems in preparation and application of aluminum isopropoxide,many TRIZ inventive principles were introduced,such as self-service,another dimension,and inert atmosphere.The use of TRIZ separation principle effectively resolved the physical contradictions in the preparation process of the organo-aluminum polymer,improving polymerization stability.Based on the substance-field analysis model,ethanol was added to prevent harmful effect from acetone in the preparation process of aluminum isopropoxide,and thus the rate of synthesis reaction was increased.The results indicate that application of the TRIZ theory in improvement of the aluminum isopropoxide process is feasible and highly efficient,and it provides a new tool for innovative chemical process improvement.
