火驱生产井高强度封窜技术研究与应用

摘    要:曙光采油厂火驱开发进程中,受平面动用不均影响,部分生产井单向突进形成气窜,影响了整个井组的开发效果。火驱生产井高强度封窜技术采用了多段塞复合封堵,即污油泥调剖剂、凝胶颗粒堵剂、耐高温封口剂三段式调剖封窜技术,实现耐高温、高强度封堵。在曙采杜66块的矿场应用表明该技术可有效防止火线单向突进,封堵气窜。

Abstract:In the in-situ combustion block of Shuguang oilfield,due to the uneven mining-employed reserves in plane,gas channeling was formed in part of the production wells in one direction,which affected the overall development.Gas channeling wells high-strength plugging technology takes composite slugs technology:oil bearing sludge,gel sealing and thermostable sealing compound,achieving fire-resistant and high-strength plugging.The field application in Du 66 shows that this technology is effective to anti-gas channeling.
