| 摘 要： | 沙88井在奥陶系下统鹰山组地层钻遇5．70m的大溶洞，钻井液有进无出，堵漏13次均无效，漏失钻井液及堵漏浆2748m^3。后采用欠平衡压力强行钻进技术钻完四开井段，Ф177．8mm尾管固井采用“穿鞋戴帽”固井技术，有效封固了漏失层上下井段及漏失层井段。详细介绍了沙88井四开井段复杂井况下的堵漏、强行钻进、固井等技术措施及施工工艺。 |

| Abstract: | The total loss happened when drilling into a 5. 70m-long cave below the Ordovician in Sha 88 Well, 2748 m3of drilling fluids and lost materials were lost after 13 invalid sealing operations. Afterward, the under-balanced drilling method was taken to finish the fourth spudding. A special cementing technique was employed for the 177. 8mm liner, which sealed off the weak formation successfully. This paper articulates such techniques as sealing, force-feed, cementing for bottom hole troubles in this well. |
