1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的土壤腐蚀行为研究

摘    要:在酸性,中性及碱性土壤中,用自然埋设试件的方法,研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢分别经过1,3,5年三个试验周期后的腐蚀特征,结果表明,不锈钢在酸性及中性土壤中腐轻微,在高盐碱性土壤中腐蚀比中酸性土壤稍微严重些,而且出现点蚀现象;土壤中Cl^-及SO^2-4是影响不锈钢腐蚀的最主要因素是,随着土壤中Cl^-及SO^2-4增多,不锈钢的腐蚀失重近似线性增大;

Abstract:Corrosion behavior of 1Cr18Ni9Ti in soils was studied. The resluts show that corrosion of stainless steel was due to the total contents of Cl and SO 2 4 in soils, A good correlation between the weight loss of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and the total contents of Cl and SO 2 4 in soils. The pH of soils and corrosion potential were other more important factors determining corrosion rate of stainless steel in soils. Some pitting corrosion of 1Cr18Ni9Ti was found in Dagang alkaline soil.
