| 摘 要： | 螺旋式井下油气分离器是一种利用离心分离和紊流化使气泡聚合的原理 ,最大限度地利用套管截面积来降低油气进泵前的回流速度 ,增强“回流效应”分气作用的新型油气分离器。介绍了它的工作原理 ;推导了螺旋结构参数的设计计算公式 ;分析了各种参数对分离效果的敏感性 ;给出了设计实例。从分析及试验结果可以看出 ,螺旋式井下油气分离器特别适用于产量大、气油比较高且又无法连续自喷的油井 ,是“下喷上抽”举升方式的新型高效井下分离器

| Abstract: | The helical downhole oil-gas separator is adapted for interrupted flowing well with high yield and big GOR. It is a novel separator with high efficiency. It uses centrifugal separation principle and reflux effect efficiently separating the air bubble from the oil. The structural feasibility of the separator is proved, its working principle is elaborated, the formulas for calculating its operating parameters are derived and the sensitiveity of the parameters to the separation effect is analyzed. An example of the design is given, and the application scope, advantages and disadvantages of the separator are discussed. |
