经纬仪跟踪架的有限元分析

摘    要:现代光电经纬仪具有实时测量、高精度、自动跟踪监控和易于图像再现等优点,广泛地应用于航空、航天、武器试验等科研和军事领域.而经纬仪跟踪架的结构形式又直接影响着经纬仪的精度和稳定性.随着计算机技术的发展和有限元分析理论的完善,将有限元分析技术融入结构设计已经成为一种新的趋势.本文主要针对经纬仪的地平式跟踪架进行有限元分析,计算静态载荷下的跟踪架变形,并分析其对经纬仪精度的影响与实际结果进行比较.

Abstract:Modern electro-optical theodolite with real-time measurement,high precision,automatic monitoring and tracking of the advantages of easy to reproduce images,etc.,widely used in aviation,aerospace,weapons testing and military field of scientific research.Theodolite tracking of the aircraft structure and a direct impact on the accuracy of the theodolite and stability.With the development of computer technology and finite element analysis to improve the theory,finite element analysis techniques will be integrated into the structural design has become a new trend.In this paper,for the altitude-azimuth theodolite tracking aircraft to carry out finite element analysis to calculate the static load frame deformation tracking and analysis of their implications theodolite measuring accuracy and actual results.
