聚乙二醇-2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑共聚物摩擦性能的研究

摘    要:在大分子主链中引入S、N等具有抗磨活性的杂原子,可改善聚合物作为润滑添加剂的摩擦学性能。在四球摩擦试验机上考察了该聚合物作为高水基润滑添加剂的摩擦性能。用扫描电子显微镜对钢球摩擦表面形貌进行分析,结果表明,该聚合物具有较好的极压抗磨性能。

Abstract:S,N atoms having good antiwear properties were added to the main chain of polymer in order to improve tribological performance of the polymer as lubricant additive.The tribological properties of the polymer for lubricant additive in water were investigated on four-ball friction tester.The morphologies on the worn surfaces of the steel were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results indicate that the copolymer has excellent wear and extreme pressure resistance.
