| 摘 要： | 用数学分析方法对柠檬式沟道进行优化设计，确定沟道和接触压力角的约束条件，通过计算接触应力确定等速万向节的两个重要承载参数：相似系数G和比载荷☆，并对万向节的使用寿命进行比较计算，证明柠檬式沟道万向节具有较高的承载能力，可提高万向节的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The optimizing design of lemon form raceway has been made and constrain condition of raceway and contact pressure angle has been determined by mathematics analysis,the two main parameters of similar coefficient C p and load rating k have been determined by calculating contact stress.The comparing calculation of service life of the constant velocity universal joints has been made.The results show that universal joint with lemon form raceway has high capacity and longer service life. |
