摘    要:文章以双绕组无刷电机为研究对象,对其特点进行了分析,并建立这种结构形式电机的数学模型。采用两套独立的DSP控制器,对双绕组无刷电机控制系统进行设计,给出了控制系统仲裁器的硬件设计方案以及系统输出同步性控制方法,并分析了系统的可靠性。文章最后对所设计的控制系统进行了实验测试,结果表明系统的工作方式撤换灵活,具有较高的可靠性和良好的工作性能。

Abstract:The main characteristics of the dual windings BLDC motor are studied in this paper. And its math model is built. Considering the specialty of the dual windings BLDC motor, two independence DSP control systems are presented. Meanwhile, the hardware design solutions of the system arbitrator controller are discussed along with the synchronization controlling ideas. Then, reliability of the system is analyzed. Finally, experimental results show that the dual windings redundancy motor system based on two pieces of DSP meets the requirements of switching flexibility, high reliability and favorable working performance.
