摘    要:海底管道是海洋石油开发的重要设施之一 ,对其进行断裂安全评估是非常重要的。介绍结构失效评估图 (FAD)技术 ,并详细介绍BS 791 0 :1 999规范中 3个不同等级的断裂评估方法 ,以及依据该规范编写的海底管道焊缝修复评估软件系统。采用管道焊缝修复评估软件系统 ,能够对不同受力状态下的含焊接裂纹管道进行断裂评估 ,得到管道环向任何位置的极限裂纹长度。

Abstract:Submarine pipeline is one of the important facilities for offshore oil field development. It is very important to make a fracture safety assessment to it. In this paper, the application of failure assessment diagram (FAD) technolo gy and the fracture safety assessment of three grades included in the standard B S 7910: 1999 are introduced in detail. An assessment system for welding repair o f submarine pipeline is presented and it can be used to make a fracture assess t o the flawed pipeline under stress and obtain the maximum length of the flaw in pipeline oriented circumferentially. This assessment system has filled in a gap of the fracture assessment software of submarine pipelines in our country.
