| 摘 要： | 建立了模具零件的数学模型,分析了常见加工路径的特点,列出了椭圆曲面的数学方程,运用了用坐标旋转[1]、宏程序[2]等指令,对凸台型椭圆曲面的精加工编制了一个放射型加工路径的数控铣削通用程序。

| Abstract: | The mathematical models of die parts were established.Some common machining paths were analyzed,and the mathematical equation of elliptic surface was listed.Applying the commands of coordinate rotation,macro program,etc.,a general NC milling program with radial paths has been programmed to the finish machining of elliptic surface with bosses. |
