复杂尾翼支座挤压成形工艺研究

摘    要:建立了尾翼支座成形工艺的刚粘塑性有限元模型,采用三维有限元法对该零件两种成形工艺进行了模拟分析,确定合理的成形工艺.基于模拟分析的结果,设计出结构合理的成形模具,生产出的挤压件尺寸精度和力学性能都有较大的提高.

Abstract:The rigid-visco-plastic finite element model of hot forming process for empennage epedestal was established. Two forming processes were simulated and analyzed by 3D FEM. Based on the simulating results ,extrusion die with proper structures was designed,with which workepieces with dimension precision and mechanics property improved have been produced.
