摘    要:分析了黄河下游河槽水力形态与流量和含沙量的关系;黄河下游河槽输沙能力与河槽水力形态、泥沙沉速和来沙系数的关系.按照黄河下游各河段的河槽水力形态和输沙能力与流量、含沙量和泥沙沉速的关系,优化水库拦沙和调水调沙相结合的调度,组合形成黄河下游河槽长距离输沙减淤和不淤积的流量、含沙量和泥沙沉速的水沙过程,可以给出水库拦沙和调水调沙的水沙控制指标.
