摘    要:行波故障测距系统中的行波波速测量的准确性在一定程度上影响了行波测距的精度,文章在对影响行波波速测量准确性的因素、行波波速对测距精度的影响及现有行波波速测量方法进行分析的基础上,提出一种输电线路发生单相接地故障时利用单相自动重合闸产生的行波在线测量线路行波波速的方案,实现了行波波速的在线测量和调整。理论分析和仿真均表明,该方法实现简单,对提高行波故障测距精度有一定的效果。

Abstract:In fault location system based on traveling wave,the measurement accuracy of traveling wave velocity has influenced the accuracy of fault location to a certain extent.On the basis of analyzing the factors influencing the measurement accuracy of traveling wave velocity,the influence of traveling wave velocity on fault location accuracy and existing measuring methods of traveling wave velocity, using the wave of single-phase auto-reclosure to measure the traveling wave velocity is proposed for single-phase grounding fault on the transmission line,thus,the online measurement and adjustment of traveling wave velocity has been implemented.Both theoretical analysis and simulation indicate that the proposed method is easy to implement and it is effective for the improvement of fault location accuracy based on traveling wave.
