| 摘 要： | 以由抑制全球变暖而产生的排污权交易制度为切入点,在阐述了排污权交易制度原理的基础上,结合实例对空中权及其在建筑与城市规划领域中的应用和零排放在建筑领域中的应用作了介绍。希望通过提供未使用权益交易（原理）以及温室气体削减（技术）这2方面的环境保护视点,寻求排污权交易制度在风景园林领域中应用的可能性,进而推动中日两国在相关领域的国际合作。
