摘    要:复杂产品的概念设计是多学科领域相互协作、推理和高度迭代的过程,是一个典型的不良定义求解问题。为了支持其计算机辅助设计,首先建立了复杂产品的多学科协同概念设计模型,定义了加合式、耦合式和突变式三类横向协同类型,分析了纵向往复映射路径;其次构建了基于Muti-Agent的复杂产品多学科协同概念设计环境,研究了学科Agent的组成以及多学科Agent协同求解与推理的实现机制;最后以某型针式打印机的概念设计过程为例说明了应用过程。

Abstract:The conceptual design of complex product can be considered as a process which involves intensive iteration, complex reasoning and mutual cooperation among the design groups of various disciplinary areas. In order to provide support for computer-aided design, the conceptual design model of product conceptual design with multidisciplinary collaboration was first established, the collaborative mechanism of function, behavior and structure was studied, and the reciprocating mapping of vertical collaborative was analyzed. next, based on the Muti-Agent, implementation framwork with multidisciplinary collaboration in conceptual design was built, and the solving and reasoning mechanism between agents with multidisciplinary collaboration were also established;finally,the conceptual design process of a certain type of wire printer was used to illustrate the application of the proposed method and demonstrate its innovation.
