有限元仿真在薄壁罐的应用

摘    要:运用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,结合饮料罐和番茄酱罐制品在实际使用过程中遇到的问题,对此类罐在壁厚变化、罐体受力和承载等方面进行了模拟计算.对于饮料罐A和B分别进行了四种不同壁厚的计算,主要是对罐体在不同的部位受挤压力和整体承载时的情况下计算出最大等效应力值,将其进行分析比较,得出安全状态下罐体减薄后的变化趋势.对于番茄酱罐,分别计算了四种不同的罐型的承载情况,得出承载能力较强的罐型.通过分析壁厚减薄对罐体性能的影响等,为此类罐的减薄提供科学的理论依据.

Abstract:Focusing on the problems of the product such as drink-tins and ketchup-tins used in practice, the change of wall-thickness, supporting capacity and carrying capacity are calculated and analyzed by using the FEM sohware ANSYS. Four kinds of different thickness tins of drinktin A and B are calculated, especially in the case of being squeezed at the different parts. Through analyzing the experimental data, the tendency of the thickness-decreasing of the tins in safe situa- tion has been concluded. The strongest carrying capacity among the four kinds of different tins is figured out for the ketchup-tins. Through the analysis of the influence of the thickness decreasing on the tins, a scientific proof is provided for the structure design in this paper.
