| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国的乳制品业的现状，探讨了江苏省乳制品业的监管问题，从乳制品监管体系的完善、监管机构的设置，市场准入及产品召回制度的建设，乳制品质量安全标准的制定等方面论述了实现乳制品业监管的途径，以期促进江苏省乳制品质量安全水平的提升。

| Abstract: | This paper, beginning with the current situation of dairy industry in our country, discusses the regulatory issues in dairy in- dustry and the means of improving the quality of dairy products, from the aspects of the perfection of regulatory systems, the establish- ment of regulatory bodies, the building of market access and product recall, and the formulation of dairy quality safety, in hope to im- prove the quality and security of Jiangsu dairy products. |
