摘    要:分析了飞秒激光与镍基高温合金的相互作用机理,对于飞秒激光加工的热影响区极小做出了理论解释;对单脉冲的激光光源项进行改进,使用螺旋加工法,进行了飞秒激光加工镍基高温合金气膜孔加工试验,得到了激光功率、离焦量、单层进给量、单层扫描时间对于加工质量的影响规律,找到了最优工艺参数,对设计激光加工工艺参数提供理论参考。

Abstract:In this paper,the interaction mechanism between femtosecond laser and Ni based superalloys is analyzed,and a theoretical explanation is given that the thermal impact zone for femtosecond laser processing is minimal.The single pulse laser light source item is improved.The experiment of femtosecond laser processing Ni based superalloys film hole was carried out by using spiral processing method.The influence on of laser power,defocusing amount,single layer feeding rate,single layer scanning time on processing quality were obtained,and the optimal process parameters are found to provide theoretical reference for the design of laser processing technology.
