| Abstract: | This review summarized the functional characteristics and biological activities of different milk protein component,and the current methods for separation and identification of milk protein,in order to give a reference for the comprehensive utilization of nutritional value of milk protein,and provide a basis for the separation,preparation,qualitative and quantitative analysis of milk proteins。 |
