摘    要:建立了纺织品中苯扎氯铵的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测试方法。结果表明,采用超声萃取的方法对纺织品中的苯扎氯铵进行提取,提取率可达85%以上。采用C18液相色谱柱,流动相采用0.1%甲酸水-甲醇体系溶液,质谱采用电喷雾离子源正离子模式电离,选择多反应监测(MRM)模式,在0.1~0.8 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(R~2>0.999),平均加标回收率在83.04%~98.91%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.61%。该方法的准确性和重复性好,灵敏度高,操作简便。

Abstract:A method for the determination of benzalkonium chloride in textiles by high performance liquid chro?matography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)is established.The results show that the extraction rate of benzalkonium chloride in textiles can reach more than 85%.C18 liquid chromatography column is used,the mobile phase is 0.1%formic acid water-methanol solution,and the mass spectrometer is ionized by an electrospray ion source in positive ion mode,and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode is selected.It has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1-0.8 mg/L(R2>0.999).The average recovery rate is 83.04%-98.91%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 4.61%.The method has good accuracy and repeatability,high sensitivity and simple operation.
