数字孪生技术在高职工业机器人实训教学中的应用研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种利用数字孪生技术辅助工业机器人实训教学的方法.运用KUKA工业机器人设备商提供的离线编程智能仿真软件辅助工业机器人的实训教学.研究结果表明:利用数字孪生技术辅助工业机器人实训教学,学生更容易掌握工业机器人的理论知识和操作技能,并在一定程度上弥补了实训设备数量少所带来的不足之处,有效地改善了现有教学质量.

Abstract:This paper presents a method of using digital twin technology to assist industrial robot training teaching.The offline programming intelligent simulation software provided by KUKA industrial robot equipment supplier is used to assist the practical training and teaching of industrial robots.The results show that by using digital twin technology students can master the theoretical knowledge and operation skills more easily,deficiency caused by the small number of practical training equipment is made up,and teaching quality is effectively improved.
