Research and Simulation of AFDX End System in Virtual Link Layer

This paper studies the scheduling method of virtual link layer in AFDX communication bus end system of aviation Ethernet.In order to improve the scheduling efficiency of AFDX end system and reduce data jitter,a feedback sending scheduler is designed in this paper.By using priority+polling scheduling mode,the priority of virtual link can be dynamically adjusted according to the overflow of jitter timer.It solves the problems of large time consumption,less capacity of virtual links and poor real-time performance in the existing periodic scheduling mode,greatly improves the efficiency of virtual link scheduling,and improves the overall performance of AFDX protocol board.
