摘    要:为了提高遥感图像增强的效果,采用改进细菌觅食优化算法。首先细菌基于双sigmoid型乘积隶属函数进行自适应步长趋化更新,前期进行全局搜索,后期进行局部搜索;接着细菌繁殖基于裂变算法更新,细菌迁徙基于双高斯函数更新;然后对遥感图像的低频、高频部分采取不同的增强方法,低频部分对比度提高以便对图像进行平滑处理,高频部分去噪增强突出边缘轮廓;最后给出了算法流程。实验仿真显示本文算法对遥感图像增强清晰,图像的信息熵平均值为7.158、清晰度平均值为28.59,相比其他算法评价指标较好。

Abstract:In order to improve the effect of remote sensing image enhancement,an improved bacterial foraging algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the bacterial is updated based on the adaptive step size of the double sigmoid membership function,global search is carried out in the early stage,and followed by the local search in the later stage.Secondly,the bacteria reproduction and migration are updated based on fission algorithm and double Gaussian function.Then,different enhancement methods are adopted for the low frequency and high frequency parts of the remote sensing image.The contrast of the low frequency part is improved to smooth the image,and the high frequency part is denoised enhancing highlights the edge contour.Finally,the process flow is given.The experimental simulation shows that the proposed algorithm enhances the sharpness of remote sensing image,with an average value of information entropy of 7.158 and an average value of clarity of 28.59,which is better than other algorithms.
