Abstract:A PHEV has an abnormal sound during acceleration condition.It is determined that the abnormal wear of main bearing is related to the abnormal acceleration sound through NVH test,analysis of working conditions and design check of bearing.Based on the relevant influencing factors,the optimal design scheme of main bearing is put forward:the inner surface of main bearing in the original scheme is coated with the resin coating to improve its wear resistance.Through the start-stop durability test and NVH test,it is confirmed that the abnormal acceleration sound has been effectively solved.The technical achievements of this paper have practical reference significance for the bearing design scheme of PHEV.
