基于数字和智能化的变电站安全工器具管理模式研究

摘    要:提出了一种“ 321 ”的数字化管理模式,即在运维站、应急车辆和变电站 3 种方式的安全工器具存放管理。在运维站驻地开发了一套智能化的安全工器具集中管理系统和数字化的台账系统,用于集中管理和调配安全工器具;在应急车辆中安装车载工器具存放箱,存放应急操作用的工具;在变电站及设备区设置安全标识牌、安全围栏网存放箱和登高爬梯就地存放管理。将个体防护装备、绝缘安全工器具和应急安全工器具进行了分类保存管理,便于运维人员就地取用,节省了人力,降低成本,极大地提高了工作效率和安全性。

Abstract:This paper proposes a“ 321 ”digital management mode , that is , in the operation and maintenance station , emergency vehicles and substations , three kinds of on-site safety apparatus storage management mode.In other words , an intelligent centralized management system of safety tools is built in the operation and maintenance station for centralized management and deployment , a vehicle-mounted tool storage collocation box is installed in emergency vehicles for storing operational tools , and safety signage , safety fence net storage boxes and local storage management of climbing ladders are set in substations and outdoor equipment areas.Through the above management mode , individual protective equipment , insulated safety work apparatus and emergency safety work apparatus are categorized and preserved , which not only facilitates local access by operation and maintenance personnel , but also saves manpower and improves work efficiency and safety.
