Abstract:In some security-critical systems,the real-time requirement of data transmission is very strict.To meet the requirement of hard real-time data transmission in Linux operating system,the real-time transformation of Linux kernel is carried out first,then the real-time transformation of communication protocol stack is carried out by using RTnet.A test platform is built according to TDMA character of RTnet and a test procedure is designed for data transmission delay.The test results show that the network data transmission delay is significantly reduced by using RTnet.
