摘    要:针对全回转舵桨液压系统出现的回转抖动现象,基于AMESim搭建了含平衡阀的回转液压系统仿真模型,详细分析了平衡阀的最大节流流量、阀芯行程-通流面积特性对其动态特性的影响.结果 表明:平衡阀控制压力的周期性波动会导致阀芯位置、通流面积的波动,是含平衡阀系统发生回转抖动现象的根本原因;当CB系列平衡阀的最大节流流量略小于或...

Abstract:Here,aiming at rotation jitter phenomenon of a azimuth thruster hydraulic system,a slewing hydraulic system simulation model with counterbalance valve was built based on the software AMESim to analyze effects of the maximum throttling flow of counterbalance valve and characteristics of spool stroke-flow area on counterbalance valve’s dynamic characteristics in detail.The results show that periodic fluctuation of control pressure of counterbalance valve can cause fluctuations of spool position and flow area,this is the fundamental reason for rotation jitter of the system with counterbalance valve;when the maximum throttling flow of CB series counterbalance valve is slightly less than or equal to the system design flow,slewing action is easier to obtain better stability;when design flow of the system with counterbalance valve is less than the maximum throttling flow of counterbalance valve,the larger the flow area gradient of CB series counterbalance valve,the more serious the rotation jitter,otherwise the more stationary the slewing action,so the full throttling counterbalance valve is easier to obtain stationarity,but this is at the cost of losing slewing speed;the MBE*improved type counterbalance valve’s spool has a large effective stroke,it effectively reduces the sensitivity of flow area to spool stroke,this valve can not only obtain good stability when system flow is smaller,but also maintain lower pressure loss when design flow is larger.
