摘    要:建立了固相萃取柱-液相色谱-串联质谱法检测婴幼儿乳粉中乙基麦芽酚的方法.样品采用水-叔丁基甲醚提取,氢氧化钠溶液反萃后经溶剂蒸发工作站除去微量叔丁基甲醚,用HLB固相萃取柱实现净化及浓缩.该方法在2~100 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数达0.999,测定低限可达2.0 μg/kg,乳粉样品在5,10,...

Abstract:An analytical method based on solid phase extraction high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was developed for detecting ethyl maltol in infant formula milk powder.The samples were extracted by water and tert butyl methyl ether,and the supernatant was extraction by alkali solution(pH>13).After evaporation for removing trace MTBE,the solvent wascleaned up and concentrated on a HLB column.The results showed that the method had a good linearity range between 2.0~100 ng/mL(R2=0.999)and the detection limit was as low as 2.0μg/kg.The recoveries of ethyl maltol range from 71.2%to 110.4%at spiked levels of 5,10,20,50 and 100μg/kg,and relative standard deviations range from 6.2%to 9.8%(n=6).The method is sensitive,accurate and reliable.
