主动磁测距技术在T1井封井工程的应用

摘    要:主动磁测距技术主要用于解决救援井与事故井的有效连通难题,国内尚无相应设备。为此,研制了主动磁测距系统,形成主动磁测距数据解释方法和封井方案,配套井眼定向控制关键技术,成功应用于T1井封井工程。T1井主动磁测距轨迹实施难度高,在现场实施过程中进行了井眼轨迹优化、逐步加密测距、轨迹精细控制并提出校正目标井轨迹的方法,开展主动磁测距28次,引导救援井在705.2 m碰目标井套管,1 306.0 m重入裸眼,后续冲探至2 006.0 m完成封堵作业。此次应用证明了主动磁测距技术的探测精度满足老井重入封堵的技术要求,具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract:The active magnetic ranging technology is mainly used to solve the problem of effective connection between relief well and failure well,and there is no corresponding equipment in China.Therefore,in this paper,a new type of active magnetic ranging system was developed,active magnetic ranging data interpretation method and capping operation plan were formed,and supported by key technology of directional control,the system was successfully applied in capping operation of Well T1.The implementation of active magnetic ranging trajectory in Well T1 was difficult.Therefore,in the process of field implementation,wellbore trajectory optimization was performed,ranging was gradually infilled,trajectory was finely controlled,the method for correcting the trajectory of target well was proposed,active magnetic ranging was carried out for 28 times,the relief well was guided to hit the casing of the target well at 705.2 m and reentered the open hole at 1,306 m,and plugging operation was completed by subsequent penetration to 2,006 m.This application proves that the detection accuracy of active magnetic ranging technology meets the technical requirements of reentry plugging of old wells and has high promotion value.
