摘    要:建立了GC-MS法测定纺织品中10种硝基苯胺类化合物迁移量的方法.采用四氢呋喃为提取剂,通过超声萃取,超声时间60 min,超声萃取温度60℃,超声功率350 W,以外标法进行定量.结果表明:10种成分能够得到有效分离,在0.5~20.0 mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均在0.9986以上,检出限...

Abstract:A method for determination of nitrobenzene amine compounds(NACs)amount in textiles is estab?lished by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).Using tetrahydrofuran as the extractant,the ex?traction is carried out under the conditions of ultrasonic time 60 min,ultrasonic extraction temperature 60℃,ul?trasonic power 350 W,and the external standard method is used for quantification.The results show that the ni?trobenzene amine compounds components can be effectively separated,with good linear relationship between 0.5-20.0 mg/kg.The linear correlation coefficients are all above 0.9986,with the detection limit between 0.45-3.32 mg/kg.The average spiked recoveries of the method are in the range of 90.02%-98.27%.The relative stan?dard deviations of the extractable amount measurements are 1.20%-4.14%.The method is simple and the re?sults are reliable and can be used for the detection of nitrobenzene amine compounds in daily textiles testing.
