摘    要:微纳米尺度的表面结构在表面工程中有着许多特殊的性能和应用,为了研究飞秒激光制备不锈钢表面微纳结构的机理,基于经典双温模型理论对飞秒激光烧蚀304不锈钢的过程进行了数值模拟计算。经过计算得到了不同激光能量密度、不同烧蚀深度处电子与晶格系统温度的演化规律,确定了飞秒激光单脉冲作用下的烧蚀阈值,通过数值模拟得到飞秒激光烧蚀不锈钢只发生在材料的表面,对内部的材料影响很小。最后使用飞秒激光微纳加工系统在不锈钢表面制备了微纳结构,多边形微孔结构保持了高质量的边缘形貌,在孔的内壁出现了周期性结构。

Abstract:Micro nano scale surface structure has many special properties and applications in surface engineering.In order to study the mechanism of femtosecond laser preparation of stainless steel surface micro nano structure,the process of femtosecond laser ablation of 304 stainless steel is based on the classical dual temperature model theory.Numerical simulation calculations were carried out.The evolution law of the electron and lattice system temperature at different laser energy densities and different ablation depths is obtained by calculation,and the ablation threshold under the action of a femtosecond laser single pulse is determined.Through the numerical simulation,it is obtained that the femtosecond laser ablation of stainless steel only occurs on the surface of the material,and has little effect on the internal material.Finally,the micro nano structure on the surface of the stainless steel is made by a femtosecond laser micro nano processing system.The polygonal micro hole structure maintains high quality edge morphology,and a periodic structure appears on the inner wall of the hole.
