基于阵列涡流技术的管道变形检测数值分析

摘    要:及时发现管道变形缺陷并排除安全隐患,对保证油气资源正常运输有重大意义。鉴于此,针对阵列涡流管道变形检测技术进行了电磁理论分析,从磁畴的微观水平上解释了涡流信号的变化机理,提出管道内检测器上阵列探头的3种布置方案,利用Maxwell有限元分析软件对阵列涡流管道变形缺陷检测的三维模型进行数值模拟,以磁感应强度峰值为特征量对管道变形缺陷进行分析。分析结果表明:基于电涡流传感技术的管道变形缺陷检测中,管道磁畴磁化产生的磁场强度大于感应涡流产生的磁场强度;阵列涡流传感器输出信号变化量随管道变形量呈四次多项式递增的变化规律;对比单独布置的传感器,阵列涡流传感器对管道变形缺陷检测的灵敏度至多下降10%。所得结论可为油气管道涡流变形内检测探头的研制提供技术支撑。

Abstract:Timely discovering pipeline deformation defects and eliminating potential safety hazards are of great significance to ensuring the normal transportation of oil and gas resources.Therefore,aiming at the array vortex pipeline deformation detection technology,the electromagnetic theory analysis was carried out;the change mechanism of vortex signal was explained from the micro level of the magnetic domain;3 arrangement schemes of the array probe on the pipeline internal detector were proposed;the Maxwell finite element analysis software was used to conduct numerical simulation on the 3 D model of array vortex pipeline deformation defect detection,and the peak value of magnetic induction intensity was used as the characteristic quantity to analyze the pipeline deformation defect.The analysis results show that in the pipeline deformation defect detection based on the current vortex sensing technique,the magnetic field intensity generated by the magnetization of the pipeline magnetic domain is greater than that generated by the inductive vortex;the output signal variation of the vortex sensor shows a quartic polynomial incremental variation with the pipeline deformation;and compared with the single sensor,the sensitivity of array vortex sensor for pipeline deformation defect detection is reduced by 10%at the utmost.The conclusions provide technical support for the development of vortex deformation internal detection probe of oil and gas pipelines.
