火箭橇靴轨接触特性数值分析

Abstract:Here,to study slipper-rail contact characteristics of rocket sled,the rocket sled body was discretized with Euler-Bernoulli beam element,and the slipper-rail nonlinear contact force model considering track irregularity was established.Using Newmark-βmethod combined with Newton-Raphson local iteration,the sled-rail dynamic equation including slipper-rail nonlinear contact force was solved numerically,and the correctness of the numerical solution was verified with tests.The numerical results showed that the peak value of slipper-rail contact force is 2.27×106 N at the speed of 700 m/s,the single slipper-rail collision time is 0.35 ms-0.45 ms;the slipper-rail collision time is directly proportional to the heading speed of rocket sled;at the speed of 700 m/s,the sled-rail collision time accounts for 26.0%of the total time;the slipper-rail contact speed is directly proportional to square of heading speed;if 2.54 m/s is taken as the maximum contact speed that rail can bear,the upper limit of heading speed of rocket sled is 820 m/s.
