| 摘 要： | 为了解分散染料在棉涤交织物上的转移机理,使用蒽醌型分散红60和偶氮型分散红167对棉涤交织物进行染色,通过N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)萃取织物上的分散染料,测定分散染料DMF溶液的紫外-可见吸收光谱,计算染料的转移率和损失率.采用超景深三维显微镜分析染料在棉涤交织物中的转移机制,发现棉涤交织物浸轧染液烘干后,分散染料...

| Abstract: | Anthraquinone Disperse Red 60 and azo Disperse Red 167 are used to dye cotton/polyester intertex?ture,and the transfer mechanism of disperse dyes on cotton/polyester fabric is studied.The UV visible absorp?tion spectra of disperse dye solutions extracted from fabrics by N,N-dimethylformamide are measured,and the transfer rate and loss rate of dyes are calculated.The transfer mechanism of disperse dyes on cotton/poly?ester intertexture is analyzed by ultra-depth microscope.It is found that after the cotton/polyester intertex?ture is padded with the dispersion dye solution and dried,the disperse dyes are mainly distributed on the cot?ton yarns and far away from the polyester yarns.During baking process,parts of the disperse dyes are lost by sublimation,and most of them will spread along the axial direction of the cotton yarn,and transfer from the cotton yarn to the polyester at the interlace position,and then diffuse into the polyester amorphous area for coloring. |
