摘    要:近年来,信息技术教育的迅速崛起,随之带动教育水平有了快速发展,但是在西部落后地区还存在一定问题。六盘山集中连片特殊困难地区是我国14个连片特困地区之一,教育信息化发展落后,并且在发展中也遇到了各式各样的问题,因此,文章需要从本地区特有的社会发展水平入手,通过实地考察当地经济水平、文化观念、教育行政部门的教育政策等对不发达地区教育信息化发展现状及制约因素研究。

Abstract:With the information technology education introduced various policies and programs,in recent years,with the information technology education in our country related theory and practice has developed rapidly Liupanshan concentrated special difficult areas is one of 14 shall destitute areas in our country,the education informatization development lags behind,and had all kinds of problems in the developing,so this paper need from the level of social development of the region characteristic,through field trips to local economic level cultural concept education administrative department of education policy in underdeveloped areas such as education informationization development present situation and restricting factors.
