不发达地区教育信息化发展现状及制约因素研究--以六盘山集中连片特殊困难地区为例

近年来,信息技术教育的迅速崛起,随之带动教育水平有了快速发展,但是在西部落后地区还存在一定问题。六盘山集中连片特殊困难地区是我国14个连片特困地区之一,教育信息化发展落后,并且在发展中也遇到了各式各样的问题,因此,文章需要从本地区特有的社会发展水平入手,通过实地考察当地经济水平、文化观念、教育行政部门的教育政策等对不发达地区教育信息化发展现状及制约因素研究。
