摘    要:为了分析悬架中弹性衬套替换刚性铰接及主要承栽零部件的柔化处理对车轮定位参数的影响,以多体动力学理论为基础,在Adams中建立了某车双横臂独立悬架多刚体模型Ⅰ,对三因素弹性衬套替换刚性铰接以及下横臂和横向稳定杆的柔化处理的影响进行仿真试验.仿真结果说明:3个因素对车轮定位参数有很大的影响.在模型Ⅰ的基础上综合考虑上述3个因素建立了模型Ⅱ并进行悬架运动学分析,揭示了车轮定位参数的变化特性,为悬架的开发设计奠定了基础.
